Eating healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, fish and poultry may not always be healthy for you. This is because the body may have intolerances to various foods, which can cause chronic symptoms. With a blood test, it is possible to identify which foods the body responds to. Food intolerance is a delayed immune response that produces IgG antibodies directed against food. The reaction can cause various types of chronic symptoms that might not be thought to be related to the food you normally eat.

Food intolerance can occur if incompletely digested food is absorbed into the body. The immune system responds to the formation of IgG antibodies directed against food. This reaction can affect tissues and organs, causing various symptoms. Antibody formation can be measured in the blood. All that is needed for the analysis is a single blood sample, and within 14 days you will receive your personal report, along with a personal diet plan. Food intolerance is usually only something temporary, the intolerance typically disappears when you remove the food that is reacted to for 3-4 months. Often, food can be reintroduced into the diet without recurring symptoms. The most effective way to avoid food intolerances is by replacing and combining the food in the right way. The analytical response describes the preventive approach that is easy to follow.

GLUTENINTOLERANCE ANALYSIS

IgG antibodies are often elevated in patients with celiac disease or in those suffering from gluten intolerance. Increased values are often seen in patients suffering from autism and epilepsy.
The indication for taking the test is, among other things, if a patient has tested positive for gluten-containing grains in the food intolerance analysis. The symptoms can vary from patient to patient and can range from abdominal pain and headaches to fatigue and muscle soreness.
The test result shows how many units of antibody have been measured. On the basis of these results, it is stated whether the result is negative, positive or strongly positive.
At elevated levels, the patient should follow a gluten-free diet. At the guidance of the therapist, consideration is also given to whether sufficient energy and nutrients are consumed. Dietary supplements that support bowel function will be recommended so that calm can be restored.
