IgG – Food intolerance

Eating healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, fish and poultry may not always be healthy for you. This is because the body may have intolerances to various foods, which can cause chronic symptoms. With a blood test, it is possible to identify which foods the body responds to. Food intolerance is a delayed immune response that produces IgG antibodies directed against food. The reaction can cause various types of chronic symptoms that might not be thought to be related to the food you normally eat.

Food intolerance can occur if incompletely digested food is absorbed into the body. The immune system responds to the formation of IgG antibodies directed against food. This reaction can affect tissues and organs, causing various symptoms. Antibody formation can be measured in the blood. All that is needed for the analysis is a single blood sample, and within 14 days you will receive your personal report, along with a personal diet plan. Food intolerance is usually only something temporary, the intolerance typically disappears when you remove the food that is reacted to for 3-4 months. Often, food can be reintroduced into the diet without recurring symptoms. The most effective way to avoid food intolerances is by replacing and combining the food in the right way. The analytical response describes the preventive approach that is easy to follow.

GLUTENINTOLERANCE ANALYSIS

IgG antibodies are often elevated in patients with celiac disease or in those suffering from gluten intolerance. Increased values are often seen in patients suffering from autism and epilepsy.
The indication for taking the test is, among other things, if a patient has tested positive for gluten-containing grains in the food intolerance analysis. The symptoms can vary from patient to patient and can range from abdominal pain and headaches to fatigue and muscle soreness.
The test result shows how many units of antibody have been measured. On the basis of these results, it is stated whether the result is negative, positive or strongly positive.
At elevated levels, the patient should follow a gluten-free diet. At the guidance of the therapist, consideration is also given to whether sufficient energy and nutrients are consumed. Dietary supplements that support bowel function will be recommended so that calm can be restored.

Stool test

Many people suffer from digestive problems. It can be anything from flatulence to severe abdominal pain due to illness. With stool samples, answers can be given to many possible causes of the symptoms. Based on the analysis response, the right treatment can be started so that symptoms can be relieved.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

The human intestinal system is very complex and must not only digest and absorb food. Other important factors for intestinal health include the many microorganisms that live side by side, as well as the function of the immune system.
Studies show that a healthy gut environment will contain the right amount of beneficial bacteria in balance with other microorganisms. The beneficial bacteria have, among other things, the task of limiting harmful microorganisms, and play an important role in relation to the maintenance of biochemical functions, such as formation of short-chain fatty acids in the colon, digestive function, and maintenance of pH.

CAUSES OF DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS

Today’s lifestyle with stress, bacterial infections, the use of antibiotics and a one-sided dietary intake can cause imbalance in the gastrointestinal tract.

STRESS

Stress can affect digestion, partly because the mechanical chewing often takes place quickly and not always sufficiently. When the body is stressed, disturbances are seen in the stomach acid production and enzyme production, which can result in undigested food in the intestine. Factors such as these can increase the presence of putrefactive bacteria. If the putrefactive bacteria are allowed to dominate, it can result in symptoms such as foul-smelling stools, flatulence, diarrhea and constipation.

INFECTIONS

When people get infection or inflammation, they have to take antibiotics. The intake of antibiotics is important in these cases, but antibiotics not only kill the disease-causing bacteria, it can also alter the intestinal flora. When the intestinal flora is deficient in the beneficial bacteria, the amount of unwanted bacteria can increase and irritation and unwanted passage can occur in the intestinal mucosa (leaky gut). This results in larger molecules being able to pass and cause symptoms such as may manifest as food reactions.

ONE-SIDED DIET

Do you eat uniformly every day, with e.g. limited intake of fruits and vegetables or mainly white bread, there is a risk of getting a functional lack of nutrients. Other important factors that may be missing may be dietary fiber, which is also important for bowel function. From them, short-chain fatty acids are formed in the intestine, but they also help the intestine to get rid of the stool, by influencing the peristalsis (movement) in the intestine. If you do not get enough fiber, it can, among other things. result in constipation, limited detoxification function and overgrowth of putrefactive bacteria.

How to create balance in the intestine:
With faecal analyzes you get to know what imbalances are in the gastrointestinal tract, and with the right knowledge, a targeted treatment plan can be prepared in relation to restoring a healthy digestive function. The treatment plan can include removing unwanted bacteria, reintroducing beneficial lactic acid bacteria, balancing the pH, the whole gut by inflammation and irritation in the intestinal wall, restoring a proper relationship in the short-chain fatty acids and last but not least supporting digestion.

Organix Comprehensive – Organic acids

The intestinal environment, human genetics and the right nutrients play a significant role in the health condition of the body. A single urine sample can provide answers to how stressed the body is, so that a targeted and accurate treatment can begin. The Organix analysis is used as a tool for those people who suffer from diagnosed diseases or symptoms where no diagnosis has been made (for example, fatigue or stomach problems). In addition, the analysis can be used if you want to optimize the body’s ability to handle everyday stress (pollution, use of medication, aging, sports training). By assessing organic acids, the analysis shows how parts of the body’s functions can be supported, and thus function optimally.

Accumulation of organic acids is typically due to a biochemical blockage in the body. Often, the blockage can be overcome with the help of the right diet, the right supplements and the right lifestyle. The Organix analysis measures on more than 45 different markers, each giving on the individual biochemistry of man. The many markers together give a broad picture of the body as a whole, so that a targeted treatment can be started.

FAT BURNING

If fat is not metabolized optimally, the body’s cells do not produce energy correctly, and large parts of fat are stored as fat depots. The Organix analysis shows whether fat burning can be supported.

Carbohydrate
combustion : If carbohydrate is converted incorrectly, the cells do not function optimally, which is why, among other things, fatigue can be experienced. The Organix analysis shows which nutrients are missing as biochemical excipients.

Energy metabolism:
The body must generate energy from food. During digestion, food is broken down into small parts that can be part of the energy-forming processes. Energy formation only works optimally if the right nutrients are present. The Organix analysis shows where there are blockages, as well as which nutrients can be taken with advantage.

B-VITAMINMANGEL

The B-vitamins are involved in hundreds of enzyme systems in the body. They are important in relation to cardiovascular diseases, fetal health, mood, etc. Exactly which vitamins are missing can be seen from the organix analysis.

NEUROTRANSMITTERE

The nerve substances’ neurotransmitters are important in relation to mood and mind, but also show something about the body’s state of stress. Constipation can, for example, be due to a possible lack of nerve signaling substances in the intestine. Liver charges in different stages. The Organix analysis provides answers to whether the liver excretes correctly, as well as in which phases impaired function is seen.

ANTIOXIDANT STATUS

Antioxidants are important in the fight against the harmful free radicals. They are formed especially when the body is exposed to pollution. Despite high intake of fruits and vegetables, a lack of antioxidants can be seen.

Overgrowth of bacteria in the intestine:
If digestion does not work optimally, overgrowth of bacteria can occur, which can affect the stool pattern, consistency, smell, etc. With the organix analysis, you get answers on whether your digestion is affected by overgrowth of bacteria.

Overgrowth of fungus in the intestines:
Stress, consumption of fast food or refined food, as well as the use of antibiotics can lead to overgrowth of fungus in the intestine. The Organix analysis provides answers to how much you are affected by fungus.

Treatment:
Creating balance in the body can reduce symptoms and prevent future illness. The Organix analysis has been developed to provide the therapist with documentation and tools to be able to treat you in the best possible way, as well as prioritize the body’s conditions and treat you as an individual whole.

DUTCH complete – Hormonprofil Analyse

Hormone production can change significantly due to aging, stress, poor nutrition, as well as other environmental factors. Disrupted conditions in the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone can contribute to the development of osteoporosis, breast cancer, infertility and cardiovascular problems. But also unclean skin and increased hair growth can be due to hormonal disorders.

ANALYZE

We offer a number of hormone analyzes and it is important in consultation with your therapist to find the right one.
The DUTCH test is a urine sample that measures various hormones and metabolites (products from the body’s metabolism of hormones) in the urine. Hormonal imbalances occur frequently in both men and women, and can involve challenges related to menopause, weight gain, burnout, low libido, hair loss,
PMS, mood swings, depression, age-related decline in hormone production, PCOS, stress and more. DUTCH is a tool that can help identify the cause of the hormonal imbalances. By combining sex and stress hormones, the analysis provides insight into several perspectives of complex hormone-related imbalances. The sample collection is easy and can easily be performed in your own home or on the go.
In addition, the assay can be used to monitor individuals who are taking hormone supplements (synthetic or bioidentical).

AWARD

There are different types of DUTCH tests. Your therapist will, based on your situation, assess which one is most relevant.
