There are several causes that, either individually or in combination, can cause menstrual problems. These include nutrient deficiencies, fungal overgrowth, intestinal microflora imbalance, food infections, stress, obesity and PCOS.

NORDIC CLINICS TREATMENT

Regular menstrual cycle and balance in hormone production is important as it affects many functions in the body. Bone building, pregnancy, good mood and well-being are affected by the body’s hormone balance. At Nordic Clinic, the treatment will include identification and treatment of the causes of the specific menstrual problems. This is done on the basis of an extensive questionnaire, as well as laboratory analysis. Relevant analyzes can be, for example, female hormone profiles that show exactly where there is an imbalance in hormone production. After this, it will be possible to provide guidance on the right diet and the use of dietary supplements.
